Shipping & Handling Policies

  1. All orders will be charged a handling fee of $6.00
  2. Perishable food orders must ship NEXT DAY or 2nd DAY AIR.
  3. All orders will ship GROUND unless perishable food orders.
  4. All orders are processed during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday excluding holidays prior to 2pm EST).
  5. All orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next biz day.
  6. All perishable product orders will only ship GROUND if it's a Floridian order. This excludes the Panhandle area, in this case order must ship NEXT DAY service.
  7. Make sure you choose the right shipping service for your product to avoid delays and inconveniences.
  8. Willy's Products recommends placing your orders over the weekend so it won't be sitting in transit during the weekend.
  9. Orders received Wednesdays or Thursdays will most likely ship out the next Monday to avoid the weekend interruption depending on where is going to...
